FM Camp took a trip to Montana in the Fall of 1917. While in Ovando, Montana, he sent a postcard to his daughter Nellie reminding her to put water in the car battery. Oh, and there was a deer in the meadow.
A present day photograph of the buildings from the postcard. According to the photgrapher, Marcin Porwit, the Stray Bullet Cafe has the best gravy he has ever tasted. Mr. Porwit also has additional photographs of Ovando, including the post office from which the postcard was mailed 94 years ago.

Well, here we have it! The plastering and painting has taken its course and the results are simply amazing. Plaster Master Dondi Williams has done one helluva job. As old Garfield would say, "that house is starting to look tough." David is going to work on the upstairs interior window trim. Then we'll get those floors repaired and refinished.
