Hot Water

It's been a while since I've posted anything about renovations to the Lindamood Home.  Last year the house needed a sump pump and grinder, the year before that, a new furnace (old one dated from 1947).  Both of those repairs addressed problems that lingered at the house for more than 30 years.  This year, the old water heater from 1985 brewed its last cup of rusty hot water.   Considering the expected life of such a heater is 10 years, I'd say it had a pretty good run.  David Lindamood picked up a new heater from Lowe's and had the plumber install it.  Here's to another 28 years of hot water.
